About Me

I spent over four decades in hospitality leadership, culminating in my role as Executive Vice President at Resorts World Genting-Malaysia; the world’s largest integrated resort on a single property. There, I oversaw daily operations serving over 80,000 daily visitors, including 10,000+ hotel rooms, 2 theme parks, entertainment venues, and retail centres. I also led the non-gaming division for a USD$2+ billion transformation project.

Beyond large-scale operations, I’ve developed and managed a variety of projects across the globe, from boutique five-star resorts/hotels in places like South Africa, Seychelles and Borneo, to eco-tourism ventures that blend hospitality with golf courses, hiking trails, and nature-based experiences. Whether in urban centres or remote settings, my focus has always been on guest excellence, operational precision, and sustainable growth.

Today, I work independently with investors, developers, and founders, supporting projects at every stage, from early vision to operational success. I’m particularly drawn to ambitious concepts that need practical, grounded execution without the bureaucracy of a corporate machine.
