  • Guide Capex planning to optimise long-term asset value. Oversee cost-effective implementation of refurbishments, upgrades, or lifecycle projects.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with management or franchise agreements. Represent owner interests in resolving disputes or renegotiating contract terms.

  • Prepare concise, data-driven updates for boards, family offices, or institutional stakeholders, keeping owners informed, aligned, and in control.
